<p>The present invention relates to a fixing device used to fix a boat to a ship when the boat for investigation comes close to the ship, which is an object of investigation, to investigate the ship in an accident in the ocean. The present invention has a hook (10) enabling to tie a rope in an upper portion, and makes a bottom side of a switch magnet apparatus (20) exposed to a lower portion to be attached to the ship. Operating and blocking of magnetism are carried out by a control handle (21) protruding from the side or the top of the fixing device (1, 1′) to turn on and off the switch magnet apparatus (20). A latching element prevents the control handle from being returned without intention after the control handle is pulled back.</p> |
