PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jetting device and a control method of a liquid jetting device capable of adjusting the amount of liquid jetted from a nozzle while maintaining the striking position precision.SOLUTION: A jetting drive pulse comprises a preliminary expansion element p11 (first pulse element), an expansion hold element p12, a shrinkage element p13 (second pulse element), shrinkage hold elements p14, p14' (third pulse element) and a recovery expansion element p15 (fourth pulse element). The length of the shrinkage hold element of the jetting drive pulses P3, P4 used in a line drawing printing mode (second mode) is set longer than the length of the shrinkage hold element of jetting drive pulses P1, P2 used in a solid printing mode (first mode). |
