PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microarray to which rapid screening is made possible by simplifying a multistep processing for screening compounds with less contents and minimizing a system.SOLUTION: A creation method of a replica MMV includes: an original microwell array (OMMV) creation step of creating an OMMV with an object substance having a predetermined property injected therein to each of a plurality of bottomed microwells disposed in a two-dimensional matrix shape; a replica MMV preparation step of preparing an empty replica MMV having the same shape as an arrangement plane of the plurality of bottomed microwell arrays in the OMMV; a first transfer step of transferring the object substance injected into each well of the OMMV to a corresponding microwell; and a second transfer step of transferring the transferred object substance to the corresponding well of the OMMV, and creating the replica MMV with a portion of the object substance being fixed in the replica microwell arrays.
