PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate use of one or multiple devices under the same environment as they were used at some point in the past.SOLUTION: A management apparatus 10 manages a device group comprising one or multiple devices 30. An event detection unit 114 determines whether to store states of the devices 30 or not depending on state change information sent from the devices 30. When the event detection unit 114 determines to store the states, a conference state collection unit 115 collects information on an operating state of and contents being used by each device, and a conference state storage unit 116 adds identification information to the collected information and stores resultant reproduction information in a storage unit 113. When a reproduction instruction for a set of reproduction information is received, a conference reproduction unit 117 follows reproduction information associated with the reproduction instruction and instructs the devices 30 to operate in operating states contained in the reproduction information and reproduce contents contained in the reproduction information.
