PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an over-the-counter drug retrieval system which enables a user to access an appropriate over-the-counter-drug successfully by inputting his/her symptoms in a questionnaire form.SOLUTION: An over-the-counter drug retrieval system, which allows a user to input his/her symptoms from his/her information terminal via the Internet to retrieve an over-the-counter-drug for the symptoms, comprises: a storage part that includes a database which associates the symptoms-related terminologies with the over-the-counter drug with the terminologies on its attached document; a control part which collates the input symptoms with over-the-counter-drugs to retrieve and output an over-the-counter drug; and a display part for displaying an input screen and an output screen. The user inputs his/her symptom details in a questionnaire form so that an appropriate over-the-counter drug is displayed on the output screen. |
