PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a biosensor cover, a manufacturing method of a biosensor, and a biosensor cover, having excellent hydrophilic property, capable of stably exhibiting hydrophilic property for a long period of time.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method concerns a biosensor cover including a base material and a hydrophilic part formed on the base material. The base material is a hydrophobic resin. In the manufacturing method, a hydrophilic part formation process of forming the hydrophilic part includes: a fine structure formation process of forming a fine rugged structure on the base material; and a surface modification process of causing a surface of the base material having the fine rugged structure to have contact with surface modification gas including fluorine gas so as to perform a modification process on the surface of the base material. |
