PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic agent predicting antitumor effect of capecitabine on a subject having a tumor.SOLUTION: A diagnostic imaging agent contains a radioactive uracil compound represented by the formula (1) or a salt thereof and determines, on the basis of radioactivity accumulation on a tumor in a subject to which the radioactive uracil compound or a salt thereof has been administered, whether capecitabine or its activator exhibits antitumor effect on the tumor or not.
