A telescopic control rod capable of separately realizing cold shutdown and which is arranged on a side reflecting layer of a reactor. The control rod comprises an inner rod (1), an outer rod (2) and a guide cylinder assembly (3) which are vertically and coaxially arranged, wherein the outer rod (2) and the guide cylinder assembly (3) are hollow cylindrical objects, the top end of the inner rod (1) can be moved up and down inside the outer rod (2), and the other end thereof can be moved up and down inside a control rod passage (6) which is positioned below the guide cylinder assembly (3) and is coaxially arranged with the guide cylinder assembly (3) accordingly; and the top end of the outer rod (2) can be moved up and down inside the guide cylinder assembly (3), and the other end thereof can be moved up and down inside the control rod passage (6) accordingly. On the premise that the height of a pressure vessel and overall design parameters of other existing modular gas-cooled pebble-bed high-temperature reactors are unchanged, this control rod can increase the effective length of a control rod to a maximum extent, improve the reactivity value of a control rod system, and simplify starting and running control operations of a modular gas-cooled pebble-bed high-temperature reactor at the same time, thereby establishing a technical base for the safe and economical operation of a high-temperature reactor power station. |
