The present invention is related to a portable test apparatus (1) developed in order to be. used in single wing designs of solar panels (3) found in satellites (S). The test apparatus (1) subject to the invention, is advantageous as it provides easier usage for single wing solar panels (3), as it can test solar panels (3) having different sizes and weights by means of the quickly changeable counterweight (8) and as it is cost effective. Apart from these, said test apparatus (1) subject to the invention can be used in both testing solar panels (3) found on satellites (S) and in production tests where only solar panels (3) are produced.
