An endoscopic surgical device which allows easily obtaining images that the surgeon wants and which has high operability, and an outer sleeve, are provided. The outer sleeve is provided with a slider inside of an outer sleeve main body which guides the endoscope and the surgical instrument in the body cavity, a first valve member which is provided in an endoscope insertion path, and a second valve member provided in a surgical instrument insertion path. An endoscope connection unit and an surgical instrument connection unit are provided inside of the slider, and, defining F1 as the securing force of the slider to the endoscope, F2 as the securing force of the slider to the surgical instrument, and F3 as the frictional force received from the first valve member during forward and backward movement of the endoscope, it holds that F1>F3 and F2>F3. |
