摘要

A middling-strength aluminum alloy wire used for an overhead conductor. Through adjusting the alloy composition, rolling and controlling online quenching, effective solution treatment of the aluminum alloy pole and better effect of subsequent aging treatment are achieved, and finally the middling-strength aluminum alloy wire having the elongation of not less than 3.5%, the electrical conductivity of not less than 58.5%IACS and the tensile strength of not less than 245MPa is obtained.
