<p>[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to develop a pharmaceutical composition that is for malignant tumor treatment and/or prevention and that by using a compound that is normally present in vivo and affects a cellular signal transduction system, is capable of inhibiting proliferation or of killing only tumor cells while having little effect on normal cells, tissue and organs and that has no side effects and is highly safe. [Solution] Provided is a pharmaceutical composition that is for malignant tumor treatment and/or prevention and that contains the effective dose of the compound represented by formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. In formula 1, X is O or S, n is 0, 1, or 2, m is an integer of 0 to 5, 1 is 0, 1 or 2, R is H and the like, R1 is H and the like, R2 is H and the like, R3 is F and the like, and W is a heterocycle or derivative thereof.</p> |
