<p>The present invention refers to the use of blue maize tortillas as a nutraceutical food, the anticarcinogenic properties thereof presented in the cellular lines at doses of 100g, which have inhibited the growth of the cellular line of leukemia K-562 in 97.4%, breast cancer cells MCF-7 in 67.5%, colon cancer cells HCT-15 in a 58.3%, lung cancer cells SKLU-1 in 48.3% and prostate cancer cells in 46.8%.</p> |
