Disclosed are a complex lighting device which includes at least two light emitting devices having different luminescence properties and a lighting system including the same. The complex lighting device includes ate least one first light emitting device and at least one second light emitting device. The luminescence property of the first light emitting device is different from the luminescence property of the second light emitting device. The luminescence of the first and the second light emitting device is independently controlled.
