The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition that contains a raw extract of the H-387-07-GISeM hybrid, which is a product of crossing the varieties: Sechium edule var. virens levis with Sechium edule var. amarus silvestrys and the result with Sechium edule var. nigrum spinosum, which has therapeutic activity as an antineoplastic agent, said composition having an improved effect compared with its progenitors and also not having any side effects during the administration thereof.
