The present invention relates to novel pentadienoyle piperidine derivatives, a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating metabolic diseases including the same, and a functional food composition for reducing and relieving metabolic diseases using the same. The pentadienoyl piperidine derivatives of the present invention control differentiation of preadipocyte cells, reduce the weight and visceral fat, reduce blood lipid concentration, improve blood liver function index, not only reduce blood sugar, but also control metabolic inflammation, thereby, being used as a medical or functional food composition having activity of preventing or treating metabolic diseases selected from a group consisting of obesity, diabetes, dyslipidemia, fatty liver, and insulin resistant syndrome. |
