Supposed are a wireless power receiving device and a wireless power transmitting apparatus. The wireless power receiving device can comprise a resonator main body which emits an electromagnetic field; a blocking unit which encloses at least a portion of an exterior of the resonator main body; and a space portion between the resonator main body and the blocking unit. According to the invention, as a result, a constant power transmission efficiency can be maintained, while minimizing a variation in the power transmission efficiency due to a movement of an animal (human) and a variation in a peripheral environment.
