The present invention relates to an apparatus for improving an appearance of an inner portion of a tunnel and mitigating a driver′s fatigue which includes an attention attraction unit formed on a wall of a tunnel, and having a plurality of regular or irregular patterns different from each other formed; and a replacement unit mounted on the wall of the tunnel and connected to the attention attraction unit to replace a portion of the attention attraction unit on which the regular or irregular patterns different from each other are formed, thereby promoting safety driving while attracting attentions of drivers driving tracked vehicles or normal vehicles inside the tunnel to mitigate mental stress of the drivers.
