The present invention provides an anchor and drainage system for a tunnel and a construction method thereof capable of reducing a pressure load applied to tunnel lining and performing a function of a girder at the same time by guiding and draining ground water flowing near the tunnel lining. To achieve the purpose above, the anchor and drainage system for a tunnel according to the present invention comprises: an anchorage having a constant diameter and length and consisting of a perforated drainpipe where a hole is formed on the side surface thereof; a drainage unit consisting of a hollow filter inserted into a predetermined position in the perforated drainpipe; an expanded pressurizing segment fixated and installed on an inner circumferential surface by surrounding a wedge; a drainage connection cap screwed to an outer circumferential surface of a front end portion of the perforated drainpipe; a bearing plate fixated and installed in the perforated drainpipe including the drainage connection cap; and a tunnel fixing unit arranged outside the bearing plate, consisting of a nut fastened to a front end portion of the wedge.
