1. A control unit for use in a wireless system, comprising:
a storage means that, for traffic caused by a connection request for wireless communication, stores request quality which is quality of service of communication networks required for the traffic, and delivery quality which is quality of service delivered by each of the communication networks; a quality-obtaining means that, for the traffic caused by the connection request, obtains the request quality associated with the traffic from the storage means, and, for each of the communication networks on a route through which the traffic caused by the connection request passes, obtains the delivery quality for said communication network from the storage means; and a determining means that, when the delivery quality obtained satisfies the request quality obtained, allows a connection to each of the communication networks associated with the delivery quality obtained, and, when the delivery quality obtained does not satisfy the request quality obtained, disallows a connection to each of the communication networks associated with the delivery quality obtained. |
