[Problem] To provide an air conditioning device for vehicles, capable of maintaining heating of a vehicle interior in a defrost mode in which an external heat exchanger is defrosted, and capable of defrosting the external heat exchanger without difficulty. [Solution] Heat is dissipated, by a radiator (4), from a coolant discharged from a compressor (2), the pressure of the coolant is reduced after the heat has been dissipated therefrom, and the coolant absorbs heat in the external heat exchanger (7) and heats the vehicle interior. The air conditioning device for vehicles comprises an injection circuit (40) that separates some of the coolant discharged from the radiator (4) and returns same to the compressor (2). A controller (32) operates the injection circuit (40) and returns coolant to the compressor (2), when high-temperature coolant is caused to flow to the external heat exchanger (7) and same is defrosted. |
