The invention relates to the field of communications and informatics and, more specifically, to a method for forming and distributing target information. The present invention can be applied in creating and operating information systems having various purposes and administrative applications, including payment and commercial advertising systems, and also social networks. The proposed method fully takes into account explicitly specified user interests and allows for taking into consideration texts created by a user (posts), texts containing references to the user, and searches carried out by the user, and allows for adjusting the user's level of interest in regard to information sent to same. |
