The present invention improves the balance in areas where communications are possible in the X direction and the Y direction of an antenna on a reader/writer side, said areas facing in the X-Y plane, and ensures communication via magnetic field signals issued from the reader/writer side. An antenna device incorporated in an electronic device, communicating with an external device by using magnetic field signals, and improving the balance between facing areas in which communications are possible in the X and Y directions relative to an antenna (121) on the reader/writer side in the X-Y plane, by being arranged on an outer circumferential section of a case surface of the electronic device and by comprising an antenna coil (11A) having a loop antenna (21A) formed therein which has an external shape having a rectangle long-side section that is bent and has a coil inductively coupled to the external device. |
