According to the present invention, disclosed is a boiler using a coconut shell fuel to improve thermal efficiency by improving the structure of a heat exchanger and a burner. According to the present invention, the boiler using a coconut shell fuel delays the flow of water being transferred as a water transfer guiding coil is arranged inside a heat exchanging pipe used for the heat exchanger and to securely carry out heat exchange as the contact area between water and the pipe increases, thereby maximizing heating of water passing through the heat exchanger. In addition, the boiler using a coconut shell fuel is capable of properly combusting a fuel as the burner has a hexahedral shape and air is supplied into a brazier in all directions at uniform pressure, and is capable of evenly heating the whole heat exchanger without partially heating the heat changer as the flame of the burner is not biased to one side.
