<p>By using an optical measurement method which uses an optical measurement device (1), an analysis unit (30) is capable of calculating the amount of a target substance, on the basis of a reflection spectrum obtained by a detection unit (20) as a result of irradiating a measurement subject (50) containing photosynthetic microorganisms with near-infrared light from a light source (10). In addition, the method makes it possible to measure using an operation which is simpler than the conventional method of pulverizing the photosynthetic microorganisms, extracting the target substance, and then measuring the amount thereof.</p> |
