PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech sentence generation device that generates a great variety of dialogue speech sentences by sampling a word meaning a subject of the speech sentence and a modification structure from a morpheme string of the speech sentence in a dialogue system.SOLUTION: The speech sentence generation device comprises a focus word sampling part and a speech sentence generation part. The focus word sampling part samples a word meaning a subject of a speech sentence, or the word and a modification structure, using a morpheme string of the speech sentence as an input, and the speech sentence generation part assigns the word and the modification structure to a template to generate a plurality of dialogue speech sentences for a dialogue system.
