摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive control method of an objective lens with which the correction of the chromatic aberration of an optical axis can be performed by the drive of the objective lens, and the quick drive and stop of the objective lens can be realized to achieve quick photographing and quick acquisition of a three-dimensional image.SOLUTION: There is provided a drive control method of an objective lens 25 that is included in a fluorescence microscope 2, and driven by a piezo actuator 26. The drive control method includes: a first step of applying, to the piezo actuator 26, a pulse voltage larger than a displacement voltage for moving the objective lens 25 to a focal position of an observation object for a predetermined time until the objective lens 25 is moved to in front of the focal position; and a second step of applying the displacement voltage to the piezo actuator 26 after the first step to statically stop the objective lens 25.
