PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power amplification module adopting an envelope tracking system which inexpensively implements improvement in linearity.SOLUTION: The power amplification module includes: a first power amplification circuit for amplifying a radio frequency signal to output a first amplified signal; a second power amplification circuit for amplifying the first amplified signal on the basis of a supply voltage varying with amplitude of the radio frequency signal to output a second amplified signal; and a matching circuit including first and second capacitors connected in series between the first and second power amplification circuits and an inductor connected between a junction of the first and second capacitors and a ground, and configured to lower a gain of the first power amplification circuit as the supply voltage of the second power amplification circuit rises. |
