PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel pump module for reliably discharging fuel from a fuel tank having a plurality of fuel storage chambers into an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: A second jet pump 45 provided in a secondary tank consists of a jet part 452, a suction part 453 or the like. In a swirl flow forming member 457 of the jet part 452 at the side of the suction part 453, openings 459 each having a relatively smaller opening area are formed in point symmetry with a point on a center axis &phgr; as symmetrical points. Fuel passing through the openings 459 forms a swirl flow F3, and it is injected into the suction part 453. The fuel injected into the suction part 453 is transferred to a primary tank which sucks fuel from a secondary sub tank 46 and in which a DI fuel pump, a PI fuel pump or the like are stored via a transfer pipe 461. Thus, the fuel can be reliably transferred from the secondary tank in which a fuel pump is not stored, to the primary tank. |
