NUMERICAL ANALYSIS METHOD OF CORD WITH RUBBER, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easy creation of an analysis model used for numerical analysis of a cord with rubber for a rubber-made tire.SOLUTION: A numerical analysis method of numerically analyzing a cord with rubber 10 in which a cord bundle 20 formed by stranding plural cords 21 is covered with rubber 30, by a computer device 5 through modeling of the cord with rubber 10. The method comprises: a model creation step to create a three-dimensional analysis model M of the cord with rubber 10; and an analysis step to implement numerical analysis on the three-dimensional analysis model M. The model creation step includes: a cord model creation step St11 to create a cord model C in which the cord bundle 20 is divided into plural elements; a rubber model creation step St12 to create a three-dimensional rubber model G in which the rubber 30 is divided into plural elements, separately from the cord model C; and an embedding step St13 to embed the cord model C into the rubber model G.
