<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unlocking system capable of unlocking a locking part of a door, a trunk, or the like of a vehicle by using a vehicle key even from a place located remotely from the vehicle.SOLUTION: When a trunk open switch provided on an outside surface of a vehicle is operated, a trunk control device transmits operation information and vehicle information to a portable terminal via a network. When the portable terminal receives the operation information and the vehicle information via the network, the portable terminal transmits them to a vehicle key by short-distance radio communication. If the vehicle information received by the vehicle key is appropriate, the vehicle key transmits the key information to the portable terminal via the short-distance radio communication on the basis of the received operation information. The portable terminal transmits the received key information to the trunk control device via the network. When the trunk control device receives the key information via the network, the trunk control device unlocks a trunk by a trunk actuator if the received key information is appropriate.</p> |
