摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend the wavelength range in which a sufficient light intensity can be obtained when light to be applied to a sample is obtained by performing amplification in two stages while varying the wavelength.SOLUTION: A Raman scattering measurement device combines first light and second light having different wavelengths and irradiates a sample 6 with the combined light, and detects the first or second light of which intensity has been modulated by Raman scattering. Wavelength variable amplification means 20 provided in first light generation means for generating the first light performs: first filtering as wavelength variable filtering on the incident light; first amplification as amplification on light extracted by the first filtering; second filtering as wavelength variable filtering on the light which has been subjected to the first amplification; and second amplification as amplification on light extracted by the second filtering. Wavelengths extracted in the first and second filtering vary while matching each other.</p>
