<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis chip for a SPFS device having a condensing function and capable of reducing a manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: The analysis chip includes: a metal film for reinforcing an electric field by irradiating an excitation light on one surface; a reaction part arranged on the other surface of the metal film and exciting a fluorescent material by the reinforced electric field; and a substrate arranged on the other surface of the metal film, forming a flow passage together with the metal film, and formed with a material that can transmit fluorescent light emitted from the fluorescent material. The reaction part is arranged inside the flow passage. A reflective plate for reflecting a part of the fluorescent light emitted from the reaction part and transmitted through the substrate passes through a center of the reaction part and is arranged to project in a vertical direction to the metal film around a vertical straight line with respect to the metal film on a surface opposite to the surface facing the metal film of the substrate.</p> |
