<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield member that enables compatibility between shielding performance and built-in performance of a shield structure which suppresses electromagnetic wave noise radiation.SOLUTION: A shield member comprises a mount shield portion and a cover shield portion. The mount shield portion is mounted on a circuit board with a conductive adhesive material. The cover shield portion comprises a top panel and side walls. The side wall of each side has an acute-angle folded portion which is folded from the end portion of the top panel to the mount shield portion side at an acute angle, and a warped portion at which the side wall is folded outwards from the lower end of the acute-angle folded portion at a predetermined angle. The warped portion is folded outwards at a predetermined angle in such a shape as to prevent interference with the conductive adhesive material which occurs on the side surface of the mount shield portion when the mount shield portion is mounted on the circuit board with the conductive adhesive material.</p> |
