PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye drop which contains latanoprost and timolol maleate with high convenience for a patient.SOLUTION: The invention provides an eye drop containing latanoprost and timolol maleate which has reduced eye irritation and can be preserved at room temperature without reducing the intraocular transfer property of an active ingredient by containing two or more nonionic surfactants to control pH even if the minimum preservatives are added.
