Disclosed is a multi-line segment intersecting line cutting device for a circular tube end, which comprises a support (10), a circumferential rotating mechanism and a straight line sliding mechanism. The circumferential rotating mechanism comprises a central flange barrel shaft (21), a circular tube clamp (22) and a plurality of plain line shafts (23), wherein the central flange barrel shaft (21) is arranged in the support (10), the circular tube clamp (22) is arranged at the end portion of the central flange barrel shaft (21), the plain line shafts (23) are circularly arranged at the outer side of the central flange barrel shaft (21), and a transition chain (24) is connected between every two adjacent plain line shafts (23) at the two end portions thereof. The straight line sliding mechanism comprises parallel shafts (31), a drive rod, a fixed mount (33), a flexible mount (34), a driving wheel (35), an auxiliary wheel (36) and a clamp mechanism (37), wherein the drive rod is installed on the fixed mount (33), the driving wheel (35) is sleeved onto the drive rod, the driving wheel (35) is abutted with the transition chain (24) which is connected to one end of each plain line shaft (23), the auxiliary wheel (36) is installed on the flexible mount (34), and the auxiliary wheel (36) is abutted with the transition chain (24) which is connected to the other end of each plain line shaft (23). The cutting device has the advantages of a simple structure, low costs, convenient use, good machining accuracy, convenient transportation and carrying, etc. |
