Provided are a storage system and a method for processing a data operation request. The method is applied to a storage system having the function of write once read many (WORM). The method comprises: receiving a data operation request sent by an application server, the data operation request being used for changing data which is stored in a storage system; acquiring the time difference between a real time clock and a reference clock, wherein the real time clock is used for providing system time for the storage system, and the reference clock cannot be modified during the operation of the system; judging whether the time difference is greater than a time accuracy accumulative error of the reference clock or not; and if the time difference is greater than the time accuracy accumulative error, refusing to execute the data operation request. The method for processing a data operation request provided in the embodiments of the present invention can improve the security of the data stored in the storage system. |
