<p>A roasting device (30) for a liquid crystal alignment film. The roasting device (30) comprises a heating stage (35) which is provided with an opening (37) and a push rod (33) which extends to pass through the opening (37), wherein a flow blocking component (36) which is tightly engaged with the push rod is provided on the push rod (33) in an encircling manner. When the push rod (33) is in a contracted position, the flow blocking component (36) blocks the air flow (34) which flows to a glass substrate (31) through the opening (37), thereby preventing the air flow (34) from influencing the heat distribution and temperature distribution, and therefore, in a roasting process, a balanced temperature can be maintained over the entire glass substrate (31), thereby preventing the alignment film from being unevenly heated, so that the finally obtained display panel has uniform and consistent optical properties, and thus the display picture is uniform.</p> |
