Disclosed are a timing data reading device, an LED display screen, and a service life monitoring system. Each box body and module (403) in the LED display screen is arranged with a timer (4031). The timing data reading device (30) is used for establishing a connection with the timer (4031) and sending an instruction to the timer (4031); the timer (4031) is used for receiving the instruction, sending, according to the instruction, the recorded data of the module (403) or box body in the LED display screen to the timing data reading device (30), with the data comprising working time, and writing the working time into a memory of a micro-controller (502); and the timing data reading device (30) is also used for displaying the data returned by the timer (4031) through a display panel (303). By means of the above-mentioned method, one timing data reading device monitoring the service life of a plurality of modules or box bodies, separate real-time display timing, and permanent saving of the data can be realized.
