It includes a step of receiving a create session request message based on attach request of a wireless terminal from a mobile management node, a step of transmitting session establishment message on the create session request, a step of waiting for receiving a policy about the wireless terminal determined in a polish management node from the polish management node, a step of transmitting a response message including reconnection request to the wires terminal via the mobile management node when it is impossible to interlink with the policy management node.</p> |
