FLEXIBLE HOSE, AND THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION FOR FLEXIBLE HOSE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve expansion strength and inflection strength of a flexible hose.SOLUTION: A substantially cylindrical hose wall 2 and a helical reinforcement member 3 are formed integrally with each other to construct a flexible hose 1. The hose wall is formed of a thermosetting resin composition obtained by blending a non-yellowing thermoplastic polyurethane resin and a non-yellowing vinyl chloride resin. When the hose wall 2 has a laminated structure, at least one layer is formed of the thermoplastic composition. It is preferable that non-yellowing thermoplastic polyurethane is a polyurethane resin polymerized with aliphatic diisocyanate as a main constituent of the isocyanate component.
