PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive data processing device capable of storing many data and having a wide temperature range in which it can operate normally.SOLUTION: An instrument device 100 comprises: a first storage unit 120 for storing language data A; a second storage unit 130 for storing language data, the upper-limit value of the operation-guaranteed temperature range of which is lower, or the lower-limit value of the same is higher, than the first storage unit 120; a control unit 110 for causing at least one language out of the multi-language data of the second storage unit 130 to be stored in the first storage unit 120; and a temperature measurement unit 160 for measuring the temperature of the second storage unit 130. The control unit 110 discontinues the storing of data when the second storage unit 130 is out of the operation-guaranteed temperature range, and resumes the storing of data in response to a user request when the second storage unit 130 is within the operation-guaranteed temperature range. |
