PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform highly accurate image recognition at high speed.SOLUTION: A distribution device includes: a learning image storage part; a first recognition part; a second recognition part; and a registration part. The learning image storage part stores a learning image. The first recognition part recognizes a recognition object image by using the learning image stored in the learning image storage part. When the recognition of the recognition object image by the first recognition part fails, the second recognition part recognizes the recognition object image with higher accuracy than the first recognition part. When the recognition of the recognition object image by the second recognition part is successful, the registration part registers, in the storage part, information on the recognition object image successfully recognized. |
