PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a packaging bag for alcohol-containing material which is a bag packaging a liquid having an alcohol concentration of 50 mass% or more, or an impregnated material thereof, sustains a preservation test at 60°C for one month as the acceleration test for content preservability, is excellent in hand-tearability when opening the bag, and further enables reduction of the discharge amount of organic solvents in production of laminates to be used for the bag.SOLUTION: A packaging bag for alcohol-containing material is formed by heat-sealing a laminate 10 prepared by laminating a substrate layer 1, an adhesive layer 2, a barrier layer 3, an anchor coat layer 4 (AC layer) and a polyolefin-based resin layer 5 in this order. The AC layer of the laminate 10 is formed by applying on the barrier later 3 in a thickness of 0.1-2 μm, an aqueous dispersion liquid which is prepared by dispersing into a number-average particle size of 1 μm or less, a polyolefin copolymer resin including an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydrate of 0.01-5 mass% without using a non-volatile water-compatibilizing auxiliary. The polyolefin-based resin layer 5 is configured by laminating on the AC layer using an extrusion coating or extrusion laminating method. |
