PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize destruction of a dash panel lower when collision load of a head-on collision is input into the dash panel lower via a front side frame.SOLUTION: A metal front side frame 19 includes a mounting section 19b extending rear downward in a rear section of a body section 19a extending in a longitudinal direction. A lower section of a CFRP-made dash panel lower 15 includes an inclined wall section 17 extending front upward from a front end of a CFRP-made floor panel 12. The mounting section 19b of the front side frame 19 is fixed to the inclined wall section 17 of the dash panel lower 15. Therefore, when collision load is input into the front side frame 19 by a head-on collision of an automobile, the collision load is efficiently transmitted to the floor panel 12 to be absorbed so as to minimize destruction of the dash panel lower 15 and prevent fall of the dash panel lower 15 backward by moving the input position of the collision load to the dash panel lower 15.
|
