<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device, an image formation method and an image formation program that can reduce ejection of unnecessary index sheets.SOLUTION: An image formation device comprises: an image formation portion 16 that forms images on index sheets included in an index sheet group whose order and total amounts are predetermined responding to a job; a detection portion that detects whether or not jamming occurs on the index sheets supplied responding to the job; a determination portion 212 that when the jamming detected by the detection portion is released determines whether or not an index sheet group scheduled to be used for a second job other than the first job is included in an index sheet group scheduled to be ejected for the first job in which the jamming occurred; and a priority printing portion 214 that when the determination portion determines that the group is included prints the second job prior to the first job.</p> |
