<p>A ball clip-on electronic cigarette and a manufacturing method, a connection assembly and an atomization assembly. The ball clip-on electronic cigarette comprises a connection assembly (1) and a power supply assembly (2) and an atomization assembly (3) which are respectively connected to two ends of the connection assembly (1). The connection assembly (1) comprises a male plug (11) and a female plug (12), wherein an extending end (111) of the male plug (11) is sheathed in an inner cavity of the female plug (12); a convex edge (112) which is provided on the outer wall of the middle part of the male plug (11) abuts with a convex edge (121) which is provided on the outer wall of the top part of the female plug (12); and by means of the fastening of a ball assembly and disassembly mechanism, the male plug (11) and the female plug (12) are assembled coaxially. The atomization assembly (3) is composed of an atomizer electrode (31) arranged in the inner cavity of the female plug (12), an insulating sleeve (32), and a liquid-insulation silica gel seat (33), a glass fiber pipe (37), a glass fiber rope (34) provided with heating wires (35), and a conducting wire (36) respectively electrically connecting the heating wires (35) with the first electrode assembly (211) and the second electrode assembly (212) in a cavity of the male plug (11), which are sheathed over the female plug (12) and are coaxially assembled together in sequence. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: assembling a spring electrode; assembling a battery assembly; assembling an atomizer; and connecting the atomizer with a battery to conduct same for use.</p> |
