Disclosed in the present invention are a local ventilator with a swirler and a guide member. The disclosed local ventilator comprises: a driving unit which is installed in a vent pipe; a swirler which is placed closely to an suction end unit of the vent pipe and rotates by being connected with the driving unit in order to generate a vortex, for forming an air curtain, at the circumference of a vent flow ascending toward the vent pipe; and an outer side member which surrounds the outer circumference of the swirler and guides the vortex generated by the swirler downward in order to vertically expand the air curtain. The swirler comprises: a base member which is connected with the driving unit and where an air suction hole for communicating with the vent pipe is formed at the central area thereof; and multiple blades which are installed on the base member in order to generate an air flow for forming the vortex. |
