PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular transmission for retaining an oil storage amount of an oil-pan chamber while suppressing the increase in the capacity of the oil-pan chamber, and for suppressing an air suction from an oil suction port at an acceleration/deceleration time of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicular transmission having a port 18 for oil suction by an oil pump in an oil pan chamber S4 below a transmission mechanism storage part S2 of a housing, comprises: an oil storage chamber S3b adjacent to the oil pan chamber S4; and communication mechanisms 19 and 19a communicating with the oil pan chamber S4 and the oil storage chamber S3b. The communication mechanisms 19 and 19a are constituted such that when an oil liquid face in the oil pan chamber S4 is inclined upward toward the back at acceleration of a vehicle, the flow of the oil to flow from the oil pan chamber S4 to the oil storage chamber S3b is suppressed more than the flow of the oil to flow from the oil storage chamber S3b to the oil pan chamber S4 when the oil liquid face is inclined in the opposite direction. |
