PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily producing baked rice cakes between which an ingredient is held.SOLUTION: The method includes: a step 1 of baking a rectangular rice cake having a cutting line (section) with a margin left in a range of 5 to 20 mm from a side for preventing separation; and a step 2 of detaching the baked rice cakes from the section and inserting an ingredient therebetween. The inside of the baked rice cakes is soft and sticky, so that various kinds of ingredients, such as not only red bean paste but also roast meat, a ham, and a vegetable salad can be easily held. Alternatively a rice cake having slits in the planar surface and the bottom surface may be cut in the same way, with a margin left in a range of 5 to 20 mm from a side. |
